line-of-action.com/ - Amazing resource for referencing poses, faces, hands and feet. Line of action is a very important part of drawing as it gives characters life and makes them seem real, which is extremely important for 2D work.

orgsync.com/50056/custom_pages/14567 - Shhh.. This is direct from my school, so the mini workshops should be publicly available. Very basic, but a good refresher for things, maybe.
www.youtube.com/channel/UCCODtTcd5M1JavPCOr_Uydg - Extra Credits youtube channel - A mix of interesting talks, and while related to video games, concepts can be transcribed to all manners of artistic pursuits.
www.youtube.com/channel/UClM2LuQ1q5WEc23462tQzBg - Proko youtube channel - Various tutorials on drawing theory and concepts.

3dmotive.com/ - Another subscription thing, but if you can afford it, the tutorials are great.
www.pluralsight.com/ - Used to be called 3D Motive. Another subscription site for tutorials, but the references range from 3D modeling to 2d art, as well as coding.
www.amazon.com/Framed-Ink-Drawing-Composition-Storytellers/dp/1933492953 - Framed Ink - A really good reference for learning how to communicate emotion and feeling to a reader as well as create storyboards to create a compelling story.
The next two are really helpful resources specifically making comics, but the advice can be relevant to illustration as well.
